The Expert shall provide support to enable the PU to ensure a flawless tender procedure in future tendering for works contracts, through the analysis of reasons for: i) clarifications issued by the Contracting Authority; and ii) the great number of questions / clarification requests during the tender stage.
- University degree in a discipline relevant to their area of expertise. In the absence of a University degree, a minimum of 9 years of professional experience is required;
- Good level of English;
- Good level of computer literacy;
- Minimum 5 years of general professional experience;
- Minimum 3 years of specific experience in their area of expertise
